Had an issue with my front door not closing and I got in touch with Steve. He responded instantly by calling me within minutes and then gave me advice on how to fix the issue myself. Most locksmiths I have dealt with in the past would have charged a call out fee and replacing the screw on top of that; but Steve knew exactly what to do, told me how to do it to fix it, just by looking at a video - he’s obviously very knowledgeable! Definitely recommend him! 10/10 service and knowledge!

After getting a load of unreasonable quotes, Stephen was by far the fairest and most affordable. He came the next day at the time he promised and was all finished in under 15 minutes. Very friendly and fast! Highly recommend!

Perfect service. Called yesterday as my lodger reported issues getting inside the door while i was away. Steve was great from the start. He arranged to come less than 24hrs later to fit when i would be back. Competitive pricing, prompt service and even turned up with extra keys incase i wanted 5, which was a god send as i didn't want the hassle of having to arrange this myself. I unreservedly recommend this business. Thanks Steve!

Amazing service!!Was incredibly distressed when I was locked out of my home earlier this morning. My letting agents nor landlord were any help to me. Phoned these guys up and they were able to help me within an hour or so.The service was super efficient and delivered with such great care. The communication was incredibly consistent and led to me feeling safe again. Can’t recommend them enough!

Extremely quick, called at 830 and managed to come out in exactly 15 minutes. Skilled enough to open lock without damaging anything. Professional and bargain price for the service. Highly recommend!
