Great gentleman very friendly and reliable. My partner called him up on the Thursday had an original time booked for the Friday then called to swap the time for earlier and he was more than happy to do that. I got my key stuck and got lock out of my place . Then I contacted bristol local locksmith to come help. He has provided me with the cost before arrival and has informed what needs to change and replace. Once he arrived he has specialize tools which got it sorted really fast and had got my new lock replaced. Very prepared and organized. And very good price for the quality of service. Would recommend to anyone and students that's in need. Appreciate the service very much. Thankyou

Steve helped us out in a really tight spot this morning, we'd both managed to forget our keys on a dog walk. The back door had our keys still in it, making it even more complicated. Steve came round within the hour (after finishing another job) and had us back in our house within about 10 minutes and a new, more secure lock with 5 keys. An absolute lifesaver as we were also supposed to be working from home. Super urgent situation resolved at a very reasonable cost. Steve is also really friendly and knowledgeable.

Steve was able to visit on the same day changing my mums door lock to a thumb turn lock. My mum with dementia kept leaving the key in the lock preventing carers getting in. Excellent service and would highly recommend.

Me and my partner just moved into our first home and wanted the locked replaced for peace of mind. We rang up and they were able to come round and replace the locks same day! Great service, would highly recommend!

Excellent service!

Our key broke in the lock on our way out of the house.

Arrived within 10 minutes from calling with everything needed to fix the job and replace our lock. From calling to resolving the issue took around 25 minutes.

Hopefully we won't have to call a locksmith again but if we do, it'll be these guys.

Excellent service from Steve, our cat was locked in a garage for over 24 hours so our last resort was to break the lock. Luckily the garage owner came home just as Steve turned up. Bristol local locksmith came out the same day, friendly and reassuring, they updated the locks on our front and back UPVC doors quickly and efficiently. We decided we wanted turning knobs on the inside rather than locks and these were provided at no extra cost. I am very happy that we chose them and would recommend highly.

Fantastic service from start to finish. I called with an urgent problem and wasn’t sure what the best option was to fix a dodgy front door lock where the key was just spinning around and around. The guys explained really clearly and thoroughly what they thought the best solution was and were around to fix it in no time at all. They explained each stage of what they were doing, showed us how to use everything and even helped with another issue we had with the same door. Really professional and friendly service, would highly recommend.

Locks are of course the snap-protection type and meet the right standard for insurance purposes and your own peace of mind.

Had an issue with my front door not closing and I got in touch with Steve. He responded instantly by calling me within minutes and then gave me advice on how to fix the issue myself. Outstanding service from Bristol Local Locksmith!! Although my problem was not an emergency situation, Steve was able to attend the next day after my call. He contacted me to to update when he expected to arrive and turned up promptly. The were able to come really quickly and they asked for all the necessary details in advance so they were fully prepared on the day to replace my lock. Steve was fantastic - we called on Saturday morning and he was with us within a couple of hours. It was a huge job with this type of lock and our lock had jammed with no one inside. Really impressed with his work, he replaced the lock so quickly. Couldn’t recommend him enough!
