I sent a WhatsApp when my lock perished and Steve called within ten minutes to figure out how urgent the situation was, made a time to fix and then solved it. If only all service was this good, considerate and timely. Well done you for running such a brilliant business.

Our son was unable to unlock the door of his flat. Spoke to Stephen in the evening , he was out first thing in the morning. Was able to unlock the door, and replace the lock. You always worry about being ripped off with occurances like this, but was happy with the price . Very professional service.Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Brilliant job fitting lock for my elderly aunt. Great communication and turned up when he said he would, and even sent video of finished job! Able to arrange everything by WhatsApp and pay remotely - such a bit help caring for elderly relative.

Our front door lock jammed up so door wouldn't open (we're due to go on holiday within 24 hours so in a bit of a panic!), Steve came out straight away and within a couple hours had a new lock fitted- safe and sound!He was upfront about the cost, friendly service and no issues.. Top company, would highly recommend!!

An amazing experience, I cannot recommend them enough! I was locked out of my house at night with my puppy and BLL came to me within an hour, got me in, changed the locks and provided me with multiple keys. So professional and as a woman by myself felt incredibly safe. I will be recommending them to everyone. A fantastic service.

Stephen was really great, responding quickly to emails and even able to pop over the next day. What was super helpful, rather than just fixing and leaving he gave a quick introduction to how to address the problem again on other doors in the future. Will definitely be coming again if we ever need some locks looked at!
