He was with us in under 30 mins and managed to gain entry through the back door and then replaced that lock, before tackling the failed lock at the front. It proved to be very tricky but he achieved it with minimal damage and will return to fit another lock in the morning. Very reasonably priced and a nice guy too. Thanks for your help Steve.
