These guys are amazing so I stepped out my house for a fag forgetting my keys the house all locked up so I phoned these guys straight away they came within 20 minutes and my door was opened swiftly thank god😂🙂I strongly recommend 10/10

I could not lock my UPVC door . I called at 4.15 pm, he arrived 2 hours later as promised.
I needed a new lock , which he had with him, and after replacing , explained that my door hinges had dropped, and adjusted them to line up my door

Our son was unable to unlock the door of his flat. Spoke to Stephen in the evening , he was out first thing in the morning. Was able to unlock the door, and replace the lock. You always worry about being ripped off with occurances like this, but was happy with the price . Very professional service.

An amazing experience, I cannot recommend them enough! I was locked out of my house at night with my puppy and BLL came to me within an hour, got me in, changed the locks and provided me with multiple keys. Excellent friendly service. Stephen took all the details over the fone for replacement locks when we moved into our new place, was able to attend very promptly, great quality locks, explained why we only needed to replace 3 locks not 4 without compromising security, offers plenty of spare keys so really good value when you need more than a couple of spares. Locks are of course the snap-protection type and meet the right standard for insurance purposes and your own peace of mind.

Steve was amazing. He was over in 20 minutes (after hours) and got me back into my house in under 10 minutes flat. He was honest about what needed replaced and did not replace the back of the lock when it didn’t need to be. On top of that, the lock that he replaced came with 5 sets of keys which takes another job off my list. Friendly, calm and fair - honestly what more could you ask for.

Had an issue with my front door not closing and I got in touch with Steve. He responded instantly by calling me within minutes and then gave me advice on how to fix the issue myself. Most locksmiths I have dealt with in the past would have charged a call out fee and replacing the screw on top of that; but Steve knew exactly what to do, told me how to do it to fix it, just by looking at a video - he’s obviously very knowledgeable! Definitely recommend him! 10/10 service and knowledge!

Amazing service!!

Was incredibly distressed when I was locked out of my home earlier this morning. My letting agents nor landlord were any help to me. Phoned these guys up and they were able to help me within an hour or so.

The service was super efficient and delivered with such great care. The communication was incredibly consistent and led to me feeling safe again. Can’t recommend them enough!
