Excellent service!

Our key broke in the lock on our way out of the house.

Arrived within 10 minutes from calling with everything needed to fix the job and replace our lock. From calling to resolving the issue took around 25 minutes.

Hopefully we won't have to call a locksmith again but if we do, it'll be these guys.

An excellent service. Stated a time that the locksmith would come out which was accurate. Fixed lock whilst explaining what was going on with door and what caused issue.
Very happy as my parents were worried and i myself and my parent can rest assured that the lock was fixed hassle free. Steve is a very friendly and knows about locks would use again and recommend.

Excellent service from Steve, our cat was locked in a garage for over 24 hours so our last resort was to break the lock. Luckily the garage owner came home just as Steve turned up. Bristol local locksmith came out the same day, friendly and reassuring, they updated the locks on our front and back UPVC doors quickly and efficiently. We decided we wanted turning knobs on the inside rather than locks and these were provided at no extra cost. I am very happy that we chose them and would recommend highly.

Fantastic service from start to finish. I called with an urgent problem and wasn’t sure what the best option was to fix a dodgy front door lock where the key was just spinning around and around. The guys explained really clearly and thoroughly what they thought the best solution was and were around to fix it in no time at all. They explained each stage of what they were doing, showed us how to use everything and even helped with another issue we had with the same door. Really professional and friendly service, would highly recommend.

An amazing experience, I cannot recommend them enough! Stephen took all the details over the fone for replacement locks when we moved into our new place, was able to attend very promptly, great quality locks, explained why we only needed to replace 3 locks not 4 without compromising security, offers plenty of spare keys so really good value when you need more than a couple of spares. Locks are of course the snap-protection type and meet the right standard for insurance purposes and your own peace of mind.

He was honest about what needed replaced and did not replace the back of the lock when it didn’t need to be. Had an issue with my front door not closing and I got in touch with Steve. He responded instantly by calling me within minutes and then gave me advice on how to fix the issue myself. Most locksmiths I have dealt with in the past would have charged a call out fee and replacing the screw on top of that; but Steve knew exactly what to do, told me how to do it to fix it, just by looking at a video - he’s obviously very knowledgeable!
